Bernedine Kubersky is an associate at ESI. As a Magistrate, she has over four years experience in criminal matters. She also has experience in a broad range of civil, family and labour matters. She currently focuses on Magistrates’ Court and High Court litigation in respect of civil matters.

  • On non-litigious matters such as chairing of disciplinary hearings
