His activity is focused on domestic and international tax matters on the structuring and implementation of foreign direct investments and Public-Private Partnerships, energy and mining investments, private equity investments, contract management, financing and associated guarantees, the due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, tax audits and tax litigations in both West and Central Africa.
