Pearl Kwamla is an Associate at Reindorf Chambers. She has been with the firm since her call to the bar in 2014. At Reindorf Chambers, she has been involved in dispute resolution in addition to routinely advising clients on corporate, commercial and real estate matters.

Experience has included advising:

  • As a team member, a Southern African bank in relation to the proposed acquisition of shares in a UK listed real estate company which has assets in Ghana
  • As a team member, a Chinese company in respect of the proposed acquisition of rights held by another company in a restricted mining lease expressed as a quarry license
  • As a team member, a foreign investor in respect of acquisition of the shares of a medical facility specializing in oncology care
  • As a team member, a foreign equity firm in respect of the proposed acquisition of the operations of major mining company
  • As a team member, a major telecommunication company in respect of its proposed listing on the London Stock Exchange as well as regulatory consents arising therefrom
  • The external company of a global logistics company in relation to the terms of its commercial leases with its tenants
  • As a team member, leading insurance companies in court actions relating to insurance claims instituted against them
  • As team member, a major natural resource company in a court action for judicial review brought against it by one of its former employees
