Tim joined ESI in 2025 and is currently a Candidate Attorney in the litigation department.

His experience includes:

  • assisting with action, motion, review and appeal proceedings in the High Court
  • assisting with ad-hoc arbitration and adjudication of procurement contracts
  • assisting with and attending OLC arbitration and Labour Court appeals
  • assisting with ministerial appeals of regulatory decisions
  • assisting with law of sectional title schemes administration, financing and adjudication of disputes
  • research for advice in respect of general banking, insurance, environmental, employment and public procurement law
