Azuhura is an Associate in the corporate team, having joined the firm in 2022 as an intern and progressed through Associate Trainee to Associate.
She advises local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in cross-border transactions and regulatory matters across multiple sectors. Her practice includes banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
Azuhura has been involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions, advising on transactional structuring, regulatory approvals, security arrangements and corporate and commercial documentation, and works closely with the firm’s corporate, banking and finance and regulatory teams to support clients navigating Tanzania’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
