Marica is a Candidate Attorney who currently works in the litigation department. She gained extensive experience in debt collection and civil procedure both in the High Court and in the Magistrate’s Court during her 20 years as a legal secretary. She also has experience with divorces, evictions and administration of estates.
Her experience includes:
- Extensive experience in debt collection and debt recovery in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court
- Drafting of settlment agreements and pleadings in respect of divorces
- Assisting with trial preperation and briefing of advocates
- Civil procedure in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court
- Drafting ANCs
- Drafting wills
- Administration of deceased estates
