Angela Mndolwa

Partner, IMMMA Advocates

Angela is part of the Energy and Natural Resources department and has an extensive experience in transaction advisory services with a special focus on finance and projects, corporate and regulatory advice to private equity investors, multinational corporations, banks and financial institutions investing in, raising finance, establishing or restructuring their businesses in East Africa.

The majority of her transaction work has cross-border elements, which involve instructing and working with foreign counsel in finding solutions to domestic law issues.

Experience has included advising:

  • A diverse base of private and listed national and international clients in the acquisition of assets; and
  • Small companies embarking on their first acquisition, including legal guidance and commercial advice.
