DLA Piper Africa is pleased to invite you to its 2020 Virtual African M&A Academy.
This is the first DLA Piper Africa M&A Academy that will be held virtually and is aimed at junior to mid-level professionals who work in corporate finance, private equity, in-house legal teams and the strategy departments of corporates. The M&A Academy provides an overview of the key stages of the M&A process and will also look at how the COVID-19 pandemic is expected to impact M&A deals.
Handling more M&A transactions than any other law firm globally (Mergermarket) for each year in the past decade globally, and the last two years across Africa and the Middle East, we are delighted to share our unique insight into what's “market” with you.
We will be running daily sessions via Zoom on Monday 28 September to Thursday 1 October 2020, starting at 8:30am and ending at 10:00am (GMT). Much of the content is broadly standalone, so it is not imperative to attend every session. However, the sessions are intended to follow a logical order through the M&A process.
