Rafik Nedjar has been practicing for nearly 5 years including within L&P DLA Piper Africa and in international law firms in Paris. He has assisted clients operating in Algeria and abroad in various industries including automotive, pharmaceutical areas and specializes in M&A and Private Equity. He has advised several foreign investors in setting up joint ventures with Algerian private and public companies.
- Advising the BF (Bonifiche Ferraresi) Group on a large-scale agro-industrial project in the Sahara;
- Advising Leonardo on the setting up of a joint venture with a state-owned entity;
- Advising Sanofi on the setting up of a partnership with a local player for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products;
- Advising Haier on the setting up of an industrial joint venture with Cevital for the manufacture of home appliances;
- Advising Hamoud Boualem on the acquisition of NCA Rouiba;
- Advising a family office on the acquisition of a stake in a large-scale local pharmaceutical company;
- Advising Oman Refreshment Co. on the acquisition of a major stake in an Algerian bottling company;
- Advising BMG on the restructuring of its operations in Tunisia;
- Advising Committed Advisors on the formation of their fifth secondary private equity fund.
