- Financial Sector Deepening Uganda in its routine advice, drafting and review of regulatory compliance documents and security registrations for its prospective investees and grant recipients.
- Metropol Uganda Limited as company secretary advising on routine transactions, meeting attendance and general regulatory compliance.
- An international biodiversity company in its structuring process for the set up of a conservation facility in Uganda.
- A leading continental financial services group on its proposed acquisition of the entire equity interest in a financial institution based in Uganda.
- The buyer for an acquisition of the entire equity interest in a 10MW Solar PV plant.
- Local and international clients in mergers and acquisition of equity and other investments in target companies.
