- A development bank for a US$ 53 million structured forfaiting transaction involving an equity acquisition and the issuance of bills of exchange towards settlement of the underlying facility.
- Overseas Private Investment Corporation on the Ugandan-law aspects of the transfer of its functions, personnel, assets, and liabilities to the United States International Development Finance Corporation.
- On the horizontal merger of two licensed financial institutions in Uganda.
- A Sri Lankan financial services conglomerate, on its proposed acquisition of a 71% stake in a leading micro-credit bank in Uganda in a competitive auction.
- BADEA in connection with a line of credit of US$ 50,000,000 to a development bank.
- Agence Française De Developpement in relation to a facility of EUR 8,000,000 to a micro finance institution in Uganda.
- Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic Bank, Absa Bank, Citibank Uganda Limited, KCB Bank Uganda Limited, dfcu Bank Limited, Housing Finance Bank Limited, Ecobank Uganda Limited, I&M Bank Uganda Limited, Cairo Bank Uganda Limited, NCBA Bank Uganda Limited, and Centenary Bank for their retail, corporate and investment lending operations.
