- Orascom on an integrated housing project in a disadvantaged area of Dakar that comprises 270 housing units, including 210 that will be made available to the existing occupants, with the remaining 60 being sold to the public to finance the project.
- Dangote Group on a land dispute in relation to a cement plant project.
- Jumbo Group on a joint venture to develop 80 villas in Somone in Senegal.
