Keshav is an Associate-Barrister in the Employment & Tax teams at Juristconsult Chambers where he regularly drafts employment contracts, policies and other employment-related agreements. He advises on areas such as redundancy, termination of employment, retirement, pension funds and other employment related issues.

He regularly appears before various court levels in Mauritius in civil, commercial litigation and labour. His areas of expertise include corporate, commercial, employment law and tax among other general business law.

Prior to joining Juristconsult Chambers, Keshav has been in independent practice for 5 years. He then joined a well reputed chambers where he was involved in several civil,  employment  and tax litigation matters.

With his acquired knowledge and experience in employment and taxation, Keshav now brings to his practice an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Keshav has a keen interest in tax law and banking law.
