Rayhan is an Associate-Barrister in the Corporate and Commercial team. His practice covers all areas of corporate & commercial law, with a focus on investment funds, banking and finance.
Experience has included:
- As a team member, on a domiciliation project of a foreign fund.
- Undertaking a customer due diligence exercise in a corporate restructuring project.
- Vetting and reviewing commercial agreements and investment schemes.
- Drafting and amending legislation, regulations, and guidelines across investment schemes and other aspects of the law.
- Assisting in the provision of legal advice on matters including, company law and corporate governance.
