Ziyaad possesses considerable experience in drafting commercial agreements such as lease agreements, service level agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
In addition to his core responsibilities, Ziyaad is actively involved in contributing to the development and enhancement of the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) framework.
