Our lawyers work across multiple jurisdictions on a wide array of mainstream and specialist derivatives and structured finance products, including standalone hedging products and hedging in connection with larger financing transactions.

Our teams advise clients across the region on the transactional, regulatory, legal and tax issues involved. Among our clients are regional and global financial institutions, Africa-based companies, multinationals, and investment and pensions funds.

Local insights, global outlook: our teams in 20 African countries understand the specific political, financial, regulatory and economic issues. You also have access to the global resources of an Africa team with more than 200 lawyers in key financial centers including Johannesburg, Casablanca, London, New York, Paris, Dubai, Perth, Hong Kong and Beijing.
