Blaise Muco is a Trainee Associate with a strong focus on Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Civil and Commercial Law, and Judicial Practice. He supports clients in contentious and advisory matters through legal research, preparation of pleadings, drafting of legal opinions, and assistance in court proceedings.

With a growing interest in International Law and Human Rights, Blaise contributes to the development of well-structured legal arguments grounded in sound jurisprudence and procedural precision. 

  • Assisting in litigation and arbitration matters, including case assessment, development of legal strategy, and preparation of pleadings, submissions, and written arguments.

  • Conducting extensive legal research on civil, commercial, and regulatory matters to strengthen case positions and advisory opinions.

  • Drafting legal memoranda, advisory notes, contracts, and settlement agreements in line with applicable laws and jurisprudence.

  • Preparing case files, organizing documentary evidence, and ensuring procedural compliance with court and arbitration rules.

  • Assisting in financial services law matters, including banking disputes, loan recovery proceedings, enforcement of securities, and contractual claims involving financial institutions.

  • Reviewing and analyzing facility agreements, guarantees, security documents, and other financial instruments to assess legal exposure and compliance risks.

  • Advising on regulatory compliance requirements applicable to financial institutions and corporate entities.

  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and court registries to ensure timely filings and procedural follow-up.

  • Monitoring developments in financial, commercial, and arbitration law to provide updated and strategic legal support to clients.
