Camilla Kanani is part of the team that advises on corporate matters, including Mergers & Acquisitions, cross-border transactions, private equity fund investments, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance across various industries. She has experience dealing with regulators in Kenya including the Competition Authority of Kenya, the Communications Authority of Kenya, the Kenya Bureau of Standards among others. Her clients range from local and international clients including foreign investors and private equity and venture capital funds.

- As a team member, a private equity firm in the divestment of its operations in Kenya
- As a team member, equity investors in their investment in an independent power producing company
