Fadhili is an Associate in the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. He specializes in Real Estate, Banking and Securities. Fadhili has been involved in several transactions involving financial institutions and real estate developers, gaining unmatched exposure and experience in transactions revolving around Real Estate and Finance.
Experience has included advising:
- As a team member, banks and other commercial institutions on the drafting, review, and registration of security documentation;
- As a team member, on real estate matters for individual and institutional clients, undertaking due diligence and the preparation and review of conveyancing documents;
- As a team member, on property sale, purchase, and lease matters for clients by preparing and reviewing letters of offer, sale agreements, and leases, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with applicable law;
- As a team member, both private and corporate clients in lease transactions by drafting and reviewing commercial and residential leases and managing the registration process where applicable.
