She advises various multi-national clients on market entry in different sectors including not-for-profit organizations, registered trusts and companies.

She has also been involved in advising clients on various immigration options including permanent residence, work permits and short-term immigration authorizations.

  • As a team member, various local and multi-national organisations on the redundancy procedure in Kenya and possible options for avoiding redundancy claims following a global restructuring of the firm.
  • As a team member, an international client on their data handling practices and data processing agreements.
  • As a team member, a multinational technology company on the legal requirements for operating cloud security services in Kenya.
  • As a team member, various local and multi-national organisations on a wide range of employment law matters including return to work policies, claw-back policies, and flexible work arrangements in line with Kenyan law.
  • As a team member, various clients on contentious intellectual property matters including trade mark oppositions.
  • As a team member, an international not-for-profit organization on the regulatory and licensing requirements for offering online education to refugees in Kenya.
  • As a team member, various international Public Benefit Organizations (previously Non-Governmental Organisations) on the setting up and post registration requirements in Kenya.
  • As a team member, an international drug manufacturing company on the removal and appointment of an LTR in line with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations
