Advised as local counsel in connection with a EUR 90 million loan to a leading mobile money company, supporting the expansion of digital economy solutions in West Africa. Scope of work included review of finance documents, drafting of local security instruments, and issuance of legal opinions.

Advised as local counsel on a EUR 67 million financing transaction to a multinational hospitality group for the acquisition of hotel facilities in Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire and the refinancing of existing debt.

Advising on a EUR 35 million loan to the Government of Senegal for the development of a regional airports project.
