Erna Alberto Guetsa is a Lawyer, Consultant of the Banking & Foreign Exchange Practice Group, provides legal advice, as such, assists foreign and national investors in obtaining registration of investment projects, contracting of loans, international transactions, as well as legal assistance to financial institutions and in the insurance area. Has experience in the Commercial and Corporate areas, assisting in drafting opinions and memos, conducting legal due diligence, analysis and participation in companies’ incorporating and restructuring process and negotiations.

- Assistance to clients in various types of financing, draft of the facility agreements, preparation of security documents and registration, analysis and revision of agreements governed by foreign law and compliance with the Mozambican legislation;
- Assistance in process of approval of external loans (shareholders loan and third parties), as well as regularization of loans with the Central Bank;
- Assistance with the Registration of Investment Projects and foreign investors with the Central Bank;

- Legal assistance with the draft of commercial contracts;
