Victória Rumbidzai Sande is a Consultant in the Commercial, Regulatory & Public Institutions Practice Group. She provides legal assistance with the incorporation of companies, registration of foreign commercial representations and the licensing of their commercial activities, preparation and drafting of memorandums, drafting of various legal documents such as corporate deliberations, powers of attorney, public deeds and negotiations and drafting of commercial contracts as well as assistance with corporate and commercial areas in general. Victória also has experience in immigration matters.
Professional Qualifications
- Legal consultancy in the corporate area, namely, incorporation of and amendments to companies, registration, licensing, drafting of diverse minutes and resolutions;
- Legal assistance with the drafting and review of commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements and lease agreements;
- Legal assistance in real estate transactions, including drafting public deeds of purchase and sale, conducting due diligences on properties to verify ownership and property risk factors;
- Carrying out due diligences concerning corporate and licensing aspects of companies;
- Legal assistance with transactions related to the acquisition of participation in companies;
- Drafting legal opinions covering a wide range of topics, including the registration of companies, licenses, net worth requirements, financing of the company’s activities, licensing of companies’ activities, suspension of activities, and telecommunications;
- Legal assistance with the licensing and registration of foreign commercial representations;
- Assisting as company secretary which included participating in Board of Director's meetings and preparing and drafting minutes thereof;
- Assisting international organisations with questionnaires related to the status of refugees and water law in Mozambique.
