- A client, on the judicial process for annulment of a company’s resolution regarding the approval of accounts and entry of a new shareholder.
- A company in the financial sector, regarding intervention before the Mozambican Stock Exchange in order to obtain information on the share capital of debtors held in a national company, for attachment purposes.
- An individual client, on a judicial process for annulment of the transfer of quotas from a tourist industry company where he has social equity.
