We are looking for a chef to cater for our staff and in-house events.

Scope of Services

• Menu proposals for events
• Food preparation
• Supervision of external caterers during events
• Waiting service during events.
• Clean up after events

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized culinary institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a five-star hotel.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Recommendation letters from previous employers.
