His expertise includes advising on corporate set-ups, advising employers on recruitment, redundancy, termination of employment contracts, and mutual separation agreements, advising on data protection and privacy matters, advising on telecommunication laws, and advising on immigration options available to clients and providing guidance on the most ideal option based on business and personal needs. Alphones also drafts, reviews and localizes different types of commercial contracts and agreement, including employment contracts and data sharing agreements. He has also handled various intellectual property applications, including the registration and renewal of trademarks.’
Alphones also assists clients with various compliance requirements under different regulatory bodies including the Business Registration Services (BRS), Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) and Department of Immigration Services (DIS).
