Job Summary 

The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in the power and electricity industry. This role involves understanding the Nigerian Electricity Sector, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting, and negotiating industry contracts especially Power Purchase Agreements, managing legal aspects of project development, preparing legal opinions on industry issues, and advising on governmental relations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in mitigating legal risks, conducting due diligence, and staying informed about legal developments in the power sector.

Qualification     

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)

Experience       

Minimum of 4 – 6 years’ of proven experience in the Power Sector.
