Lagos or Abuja
To provide high quality commercial legal and regulatory advice on Corporate commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating terms of commercial contracts in relation to corporate finance, franchising, business and asset restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a detailed knowledge/experience on commercial transactions (including, but not limited to general knowledge of Company Law, in-depth knowledge of mergers & acquisitions, legal due diligence process Corporate Restructuring, business set up and advisory, Corporate governance, compliance practice, and Company Secretarial.
Candidate must also possess a demonstrated ability to apply the results of effective research to help clients meet their commercial objectives.
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
Minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience obtained from a top tier commercial law firm or an in-house/ consultant role.
