Caleb Nmeribe is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology and Employment practices. He advises clients on issues encompassing employment, advertising, brand protection, intellectual property licensing, sports and entertainment.

Experience has included advising:

  • As a team member, an international video streaming platform on the content of its film projects from the standpoint of Nigerian entertainment laws, in addition to reviewing production contracts and other requisite agreements.
  • As a team member, an international interactive computer service platform on the position of its operations vis a vis emerging Nigerian laws.
  • As a team member, Nigeria’s largest music festival, on production, financing, advertising and sponsorships.
  • As a team member, a multinational company on employment regulations in respect of its local staff.
