Olufunmilayo is an Associate in the Real Property Practice Group. She provides legal advisory services on real property issues and has experience in drafting transactional real estate documents, including deeds of assignment, deeds of sublease, and sale and purchase agreements.
In addition to transactional work, she is actively involved in real property litigation, including the preparation of pre-action notices, regularly conducting legal research to support client matters and participating in mediation proceedings.
She engages with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients, preparing petitions to safeguard clients’ interests and draw attention to regulatory breaches or infringements affecting them.

- Companies and individuals on real estate regulatory compliance.
- Companies on real estate litigation and dispute resolution, including a property development company in the recovery of over 40 plots in Palmgrove Estate, Lagos, Nigeria.
