Associate, Olajide Oyewole LLP

Anthonia is an Associate in the Firm’s Finance and Projects Practice. Her practice focuses on construction, power, transport and telecommunication projects.

Anthonia has experience advising clients in construction-related matters including drafting, negotiating and advising on construction and engineering contracts, and construction-related disputes.

She is involved in active pro bono practice being part of the Firm’s pro bono team and is passionate about providing valuable experience to clients.

She routinely represents clients on strategic transactions in the power industry, as well as in Public Private Partnership projects. She also counsels companies in infrastructure-related projects in the power, telecommunications, and transport sectors.

Anthonia has worked as a researcher, public policy analyst and legal journalist.

Experience has included advising:

  • As a team member, a power generating company in drafting and reviewing various EPC contracts.
  • As a team member, drafting and reviewing various power purchase agreements between a major power generating company and its customers.
  • As a team member, various local and international companies in oil and gas power, and telecoms sectors on project due diligence assignments.
  • As a team member, on various legal points based on a dispute arising out of an agreement for supply of electrical power.
