Ayuk Kure is a member of the firm’s Real Property practice. He advises clients on a variety of real estate transactions ranging from: drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and other conveyance documents, reviewing and negotiating lease terms, ensuring regulatory compliance with pertinent laws in the real estate sector, advising clients on property numbering and street naming, and advising clients on renewal of leases and recovery of premises.
Ayuk also handles real estate litigation, on declaration of title to land, recovery of premises, and disputes arising from the collection and payment of service charges.
