Taofeek Olatidoye is a member of the Dispute Resolution Group of the Firm. His major expertise lies in dispute resolution through litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He is also an avid tax law enthusiast.
Taofeek has represented diverse clients, national and foreign, across different levels of Court in Nigeria and before different mediators and arbitrators. He has also offered tax-related advice on delicate tax issues including transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax and income tax compliance.
Taofeek is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.
Experience has included advisisng:
- Advising as a team member a multinational aviation company on a withholding tax dispute.
- Representing, as a top team member, a majority shareholder and company CEO of a major energy company in board related dispute on an industrial scale.
- Representing as a team member, a Nigerian national in business dispute mediation worth about N1 billion.
- Representing as a team member, a Nigerian businessman in investment/real estate dispute over a property in an eyebrow part of Lagos worth more than N2billion.
