Iyanuoluwa is an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial Practice of DLA Piper Africa, Nigeria. - Advised on the acquisition of Nigeria's second-largest aluminum can manufacturing company, valued at 80 million USD.
- Advised the majority shareholders of Mavin Global Limited on the acquisition of Mavin Group by Universal Music Group, valued at 141 million USD.
- Advised IMC Limited on the sale of 100% of its shares in one of Nigeria's leading oil palm plantations, IMC Plantations Limited, to Oakenshields and Partners Limited at a value of 2.9 million USD
- Collaborated on the national implementation of a global merger of a science-based agricultural technology company.
- Advised Transsnet Financial Services Limited on the proposed acquisition of 3Gee Pay Limited
- Advised Baobab Network on foreign investments in various target companies in Nigeria.
- Advising international firms on cross-border restructuring such as cross-border mergers, liquidations and migration of companies
