We hereby alert the holders of mining concessions, exploration licenses, mining certificates, mining processing licenses and other interested parties, for the need to submit the annual reports on the activities carried out last year, by 28 February 2021.

The reports shall be drafted in Portuguese in accordance with the format and content established by the Mining Law Regulation for each type of mining license and submitted in hard copies and electronic format to INAMI.

Please note that the fact that the Mining Cadastre is temporarily closed does not exempt mining titleholders from timely complying with their periodical obligations.
