Creation of Tax Foreclosures in the Provinces of Maputo, Gaza, Inhambane, Manica, Tete, Zambézia, Niassa and Cabo Delgado

We hereby inform the business community and other interested parties that, by means of the Ministerial Diploma No 33/2022 of 28 March, Tax Foreclosures have been created in the Provinces of Maputo, Gaza, Inhambane, Manica, Tete, Zambézia, Niassa and Cabo Delgado.

The Nampula Tax Foreclosures shall also oversee the Tax Areas of Nacala and Angoche.

The existing tax enforcement processes in progress in the Collection Departments of the referred Provinces shall be transferred to the respective Tax Foreclosures.

The Ministerial Diploma No 33/2022 of 28 March came into force on the date of its publication.
