We hereby inform mining titleholders and operators and other interested parties that, in order to continue updating the mining titles computer management system, the Mining Cadastre of the National Mining Institute (“INAMI”), both at the Central level and at the Provincial Directorates of Mineral Resources and Energy level, will be closed from 02 January 2023 and will reopen on 28 February.

During the closure period, the Mining Cadastre will not receive any new applications for mining titles, however, will be receiving applications for extension of mining titles, periodic reports in accordance with legal and contractual obligations, proof of payment of relevant taxes and fees.
