Update of Fees for Mining Licensing and Authorizations

We hereby inform the business community and other interested parties that, the fees relating to the processing of mining titles and authorizations such as applications and renewals set out in Appendix 9 of the Decree No. 31/2015, of 31 December (the “Mining Law Regulation”) has been increased through the Ministerial Order No. 65/2022 of 15 June, effective from 15 June 2022.
