We hereby alert all mining titleholders and any interested parties that the deadline for submission of annual reports for activities carried out last year is the 28^th of February of the current year.

The drafting of the reports shall observe the requirements and criteria established by the Mining Law Regulation for each type of mining license and submitted in hard copies and electronic format to INAMI.

The temporary ongoing recess of the Mining Cadastre does not exempt nor prevent the mining license holders from submitting the said reports.
