We hereby inform all business community and other interested parties that as part of the economic recovery measures, the Office of the Minister of Economy has issued a Communication no.01/2025, of 25 April 2025, which establishes that the operation of commercial activity shall no longer be subject to restricted hours, as long as the limits of the working hours regime established by the Labor Law are observed.

In order to ensure organization in the implementation of this new measure, traders must formalize their working hours with the National Directorate of Internal Commerce or the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Commerce.
