- Clients on various aircraft and engine lease, sale and purchase transactions — negotiated terms, reviewed and drafted transactional documents, attended to conditions precedent and registration matters for aircraft and engine deliveries, and attended to legal issues in aircraft redeliveries.
- A Middle Eastern airline in connection with the sublease of two Boeing 787-8 aircraft from a Kenyan national carrier, and on a slot exchange agreement for landing slots at London Heathrow Airport involving a European airline, the Kenyan carrier, and the Middle Eastern airline.
- A regional cargo airline on its purchase and onward sale of a Fokker F27 MK500 aircraft, including negotiating and drafting transactional documentation and attending to registration matters.
- A regional aircraft leasing company on its acquisition of three Bombardier DHC-8-106 aircraft from a Canadian aircraft lessor.
- A top-tier Kenyan commercial bank in the financing of a used aircraft including conducting extensive due diligence on the aircraft and related security documentation.
- A European bank on a EUR 19 million concessionary loan to the Government of Kenya for the financing of a turnkey medical equipment purchase and refurbishment package.
