- The developer of the luxury Eko Pearl Towers located at Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos in the leasing of its 5 multi-story apartments blocks.
- In the lease of 48 units of residential luxury apartments for use as a client’s personnel residence in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
- In the lease of a built up factory, warehouse and office premises located on 3 hectares of land located at Antonio Village on the Lagos – Ibadan Expressway, Lagos for a 30 year term.
- The owners of the Palms Shopping Mall and the Ikeja City Mall in Lagos and engaged review and preparation of leases as well as providing legal guidance on landlord and tenant matters and facilities management.
- On the leasehold renewal and lease term extension of industrial property at Ogba Industrial Estate, Lagos.
