Mohamed Abragh is a Partner with El Ajeri Lawyers – EAL. Before that he was a Senior Associate with one of the most prominent firms in Tunisia. As a Lawyer he has acquired more than 15 years of experience in all business law branches.

He practices international law, litigation and mediation within different sectors as Energy, Natural Resources, Consumer Goods and Retail, as well as Infrastructure. Mohamed Abragh advises and defends overseas and multinational companies in civil and administrative procedures. He has participated in international M&A transactions; multijurisdictional litigation and he also advises clients on a day to day basis.

Experience has included advising:

  • ETAP (Tunisian Public Company for Oil and Gas Extraction) in legal assistance and legal procedures
  • Alaine Group, specialized in transport and logistics, in matters regarding to commercial litigation, debt collection, exequatur action of a foreign judgment, dispute on the execution of a Protocol Agreement between shareholders and investors, and a dispute on a financing operation
  • SEREPT in reviewing heads of terms and contracts
  • Celamin Holding, an international oil and gas company as a part of the arbitration panel in the case, dealing with the exequatur of precautionary measures and final award in Tunisia
  • Intercosmetics Distribution in abusive breakdown of a trade relationship and conviction of P&G to indemnify our client for the abusive contract breakdown
