We are proud to announce that our Mining Team acted for Royal Gold, Inc. in its landmark USD1 billion metal stream financing transaction with First Quantum Minerals Ltd.

This was our first engagement on a streaming transaction, and it underscores both our ability to adapt to innovative financing structures and our position as a trusted legal adviser in high-value, cross-border mining finance. 

Our role encompassed advising on the Zambian legal aspects of the deal, including due diligence, compliance under the Minerals Regulation Commission Act, and review of transaction documents.
