In pursuance of establishing his stake as one of the prominent advocates, Mahenga has embarked on taking up Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Land and has thrown in a dash of Criminal matters with the sole purpose of client satisfaction as his primary focus.
Experience has included advising:
- Successfully represented a multimillion-dollar metal purchasing conglomerate in a suit for Breach of contract against one of its suppliers for failure to adhere to the terms of the contract.
- Successfully defended an International Financial institution in a suit against them for unlawful/wrongful/unfair dismissal wherein we prevented any potential execution on the institution.
- Successfully obtained letters of probate for a vast estate spanning over five (5) countries and assisted in the administration of the estate.
- Successfully defended an International freight and logistics corporation in a suit against it for breach of contract alleged to have occurred during the shipping of certain goods across the globe.
- Successfully represented a non-governmental (NGO) non-profit entity in several suits against it for unlawful/unfair/wrongful dismissal which necessitated a revamp of their employment contracts to align with the prevailing labour laws.
