Capabilities

  • The different uses of real estate: legal advice in the planning, construction and engineering of buildings, towers, developments and condominiums for residential, office, shopping, industry and tourism and leisure use.
  • Engineering service agreements: drafting and negotiating architectural, engineering, EPC, supervisory and project design agreements for the construction of medium and large-scale buildings, including guarantees, copyright, IPT and licensing.
  • Construction guarantees: managing the execution of the construction guarantees during the minimum legal term of five years, with legal advice to clients who are developers or are purchasers of real estate assets.

  • An international engineering company on the construction of an airport;
  • On engineering and construction contracts for the complete rehabilitation of one of Luanda's main office buildings;
  • A client in the drafting, negotiation and management of the execution of space planning, engineering and construction agreements for fit out works in Luanda's main office buildings;
  • A multinational pharmaceutical company in the management of the workmanship guarantee and in the dispute with the contractor for defects in the office building work until the legal guarantee period expired;
  • A international real estate developer in a dispute with residential buyers for defects in the work and engineering errors in the construction of condominium;
  • In EPC drafting for the construction of an industrial park in Luanda; and
  • A real estate developer in the construction of a significant number of low-cost housing by drafting the construction agreement.
