We have extensive experience in asset management with developers and owners of residential, commercial, industrial and commercial buildings, shopping centers and malls, hotels, multi-residential developments, condominiums and mixed-use developments.

Experience has included advising:

  • A client in managing a large number of stores in a shopping center in Luanda, regarding the drafting, signing, execution and termination of store utilization contracts, including handling disputes and litigation;
  • A client in managing a large number of offices in one of the main office buildings in Luanda's CBD, regarding the drafting, signing, execution and termination of office and store lease agreements, including disputes and litigation and the management of service agreements building support;
  • A client in the asset management of a real estate fund with residential, offices and shops in Luanda;
  • Various clients in the management of several industrial parks in the Luanda metropolitan area, regarding the lease agreements and the support services agreements to common areas of the parks, including disputes and litigation;
  • A client in the management of lease agreements for offices and stores where a bank's branches are located, including negotiation, drafting and relationship with landlords;
  • A client in the management of residential lease agreements located in a condominium with services to the common areas;
  • A retail group in managing lease agreements for warehouses and stores in buildings and in shopping centers for the storage, distribution and sale of its products; and
  • The owner of a multiuse building located in the industrial area of Luanda with a hotel, short-term apartments and offices regarding the management of lease, use and service agreements.
