Experience has included advising:

  • A bank in the definition and drafting of all contractual documentation to initiate retail financing operations for private clients for the purchase of own housing, with step-list, financing agreements, public deed of purchase and mortgage on the asset, collateral clauses and registrations;
  • A client on negotiating default with a bank on financing for the construction of an industrial asset, with the constitution of a mortgage, debt restructuring and payment;
  • In the negotiation and settlement of a large debt in a financing contract for the construction of several real estate condominiums, whereby the client has delivered a significant number of real estate assets as a payment to the creditor bank;
  • A creditor bank in the execution of collateral, in particular mortgages, provided by debtors to repay outstanding amounts due to defaults on the construction or purchase of real estate assets;
  • In the negotiation of guarantees on specific lines of credit for the importation of building materials and equipment for the rehabilitation or construction of real estate assets; and
  • Banks in the drafting and negotiation of real estate collateral – in the form of mortgages or otherwise – to grant specific lines of credit for other financed client business purposes.
